Fulfillment Policy

Holistic SEO Company delivers search-marketing services on a monthly retainer basis. Retainers are continuous-delivery engagements — we ship work throughout the month rather than on discrete milestone dates.

Search marketing compounds. The longer we work together, the more signals accumulate across channels — authority, content, citations, creative learnings, data — and the more efficient every new win becomes.

Onboarding takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff. In that window we complete a full audit across your site, Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, ad accounts, and analytics; capture baseline metrics; and publish a prioritized 90-day strategy document that tells your team exactly what we're going to do and in what order.

Onboarding is included in the first month's retainer. It is not billed as a separate project.

Depending on your scope, monthly deliverables may include: keyword research and tracking, on-page SEO optimizations, technical SEO fixes, content briefs and published content, link acquisition and digital-PR outreach, local SEO and citation work, Google Business Profile management, Local Service Ads management, paid-ad creative and targeting, and monthly performance reporting.

The exact mix is set in your Statement of Work. We don't under- or over-deliver by hours — we deliver the scope of work your engagement has committed to.

You receive a unified monthly report covering every channel in your scope — rankings, traffic, conversions, ad spend, call volume, and the month's key wins and priorities.

Monthly reports are delivered within the first 10 business days of the following month. A 30-minute review call is included when your engagement specifies one.

You can cancel any monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice submitted through holisticseo.co/get-started. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts.

During the notice period, work continues per the agreed scope and the monthly fee remains payable. At the end of the notice period we hand back access, deliverables, and the final monthly report, and the engagement ends.

Because our work is delivered continuously throughout the month, monthly fees are non-refundable for work in progress or work already completed. Work you have paid for that we have already shipped remains the property of your business.

If you believe we have failed to deliver the scope committed in your Statement of Work, contact us within 14 days of the issue so we can resolve it. We will prioritize fixing the gap directly, re-performing the work, or crediting a future month as appropriate to the situation.

If an invoice is 14 or more days outstanding, we may pause work on your account. Pausing does not terminate the engagement — the retainer, scope, and timelines remain in place.

On payment, work resumes within one business day. No deliverables are lost during a pause; research, drafts, and queued work persist and continue once the account is current.
